Description

An interface pad is an accessory used in the polishing process, particularly during sanding and finishing stages. It is a soft, foam pad that is placed between the backing plate of a polishing or sanding machine and the actual polishing or sanding pad. The primary purpose of an interface pad is to provide additional cushioning and flexibility, which helps in achieving a more uniform and refined finish, especially on contoured or uneven surfaces.

About the use process:

1) When we encounter narrow cracks, a general sponge pad cannot clean the dirt       inside.

2) Then we need to find an extension rod that matches the thread.

3) Install the extension rod on the polishing machine.

4) Install the sponge pad on the extension.

5) The installation is complete then we can use it .

6) By adding an extension rod, the sponge pad can clean the dirt inside narrow slits.
