how to maintenance for car tornador car clean gun?

here a case from a customer. 
The customer get the tornador and use about 2-3 months; 
the bearing of tornador stop work.  
so, he feedback with us and show the tornador (tornado, clean gun)  stop work video.  

turn the hole of bearing parts to meet the hole of body (housing）.
